Introduction

Launched in Sept 12, 2024, CARV Labs is the innovation arm of CARV, established to accerelate ecosystem growth in and beyond CARV’s ecosystem spearheading innovation in the AI agentic infrastructure enabling data sovereignty. With a $50 million accelerator fund from top blockchain VC funds, including HashKey Capital and Consensys, CARV Labs is dedicated to incubating and supporting projects that leverage CARV’s agentic infrastructure and D.A.T.A. Framwork towards AGI. This support includes funding, infrastructure, and tailored growth strategies for developers building within the CARV ecosystem.At CARV Labs, our mission has evolved to address the intersection of AI, data sovereignty, and decentralized infrastructure. We’re building solutions that empower AI agents, redefine data ownership, and establish foundational layers for next-generation applications.

  • AI-Driven Data and Identity Layers: Leveraging cutting-edge data aggregation and identity verification, CARV Labs has introduced platforms such as BANANA, that was launched on TON on July 2024 and Kaia on February 2025, as a robust data and identity layer. With ad-targeting capabilities, it empowers precise audience engagement while maintaining user privacy and control. Projects like Duckchain extend these capabilities, creating a consumer-centric layer that integrates seamlessly with AI ecosystems.

  • AI Gaming Agents: The evolution of AI within interactive and gaming environments has been propelled by our work with Telgather. This initiative focuses on the development of AI gaming agents that integrate seamlessly into decentralized gaming ecosystems. These agents are designed to enhance engagement, competition, and community-driven gaming experiences, setting a new standard for intelligent interactions in virtual worlds.

  • Privacy-First Infrastructure for AI and Beyond: Through easeflow, CARV Labs is building verifier nodes powered by Trusted Execution Environments (TEE). These nodes ensure data privacy and integrity, enabling AI agents to securely fetch, process, and share data. This approach not only safeguards user information but also enhances the scalability and trustworthiness of decentralized infrastructures.
